For monograms: Provide initials in first/last/middle order (ALL CAPITAL LETTERS). The middle letter will appear slightly larger.
Note: All custom text (e.g., names/titles) will follow standard capitalization (e.g., Mary instead of mary or MARY) unless specified otherwise in a message or note to your order.
If no vinyl color is specified, we will use Rose Gold, Gold, Black, or White by default.

Non-customized items:
Returns/exchanges are accepted. Contact us within 3 days of delivery and return within 7 days in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Customized items: No returns or exchanges on personalized items with names, initials, titles, etc.
A refund for PJs minus the shop's original shipping cost incurred, will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition/packaging.
