1. What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices on our site are listed in USD.
2. I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Please allow 24–48 hours for production. Average shipping times are 7–10 business days, excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers are usually updated 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please email us at idocrewbridal@gmail.com.
3. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied or there’s an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund. Returns must include your name and order number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order without penalty, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If your item has already shipped, please use our return system to get a full refund.
5. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If your shipping address is incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours and let us know. We can update your address if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Unfortunately, no changes or refunds can be made after 24 hours.
6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center. On average, orders arrive in 7–10 business days, with longer times for international shipments outside the US.
