Personalized & Custom Orders (Final Sale)

All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and non-refundable.
• We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.
• Production begins shortly after purchase to ensure timely delivery.
• Each item is made specifically to the customer’s requested customization and cannot be resold or restocked.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Your order is custom-made
• You waive the right to cancel, return, or request a refund once production has begun
• The delivered product fulfilling your customization is considered final and accepted

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By placing an order with Taniri, you agree to the following:
• Personalized items are non-refundable and non-cancellable
• Orders that are produced and successfully delivered (as confirmed by tracking) are considered fulfilled
• Filing a chargeback for a delivered, custom-made item violates this agreement

Taniri reserves the right to:
• Provide this policy, order details, and delivery confirmation as evidence in any dispute
• Dispute and challenge all chargebacks involving fulfilled personalized orders

Non-Personalized Items (Returns Accepted)

For non-personalized items only:
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Customers are responsible for return shipping

Refunds will be issued after inspection of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:
• Photos of the item
• Photos of packaging

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where applicable.

We cannot guarantee order changes once placed. Personalized items enter production quickly.
