✨ Returns/exchanges: We do accept returns and exchanges for non-customized items ONLY, you need to contact us within 3 days of delivery and return within 7 days of delivery in original condition/packaging.
Refund for robes minus the shop's original shipping cost incurred, will be issued once we receive it back in original condition/packaging.
Buyer responsible for all shipping costs.
Customized/personalized items with names/initials/titles etc. could not be returned or exchanged.
