✨ We offer customization with high quality heat transfer vinyl in these colors: White/Black/Rose Gold/Metallic Blue/Navy/Silver/Gold.
✨ Back of the mask is elastic and non-adjustable.

✨ HOW TO ORDER
1. Please select color, customization option and quantity of masks you'd like to get, and add to the shopping cart.
2. If ordering a set of masks with different colors, please add each color one at a time, and provide your customization details for each mask (name/initial/title/phrase and color of the text) in the personalization box or in the note to seller at check out.
✨ PLEASE NOTE: we do monograms in traditional monogram style: first/last/middle name, where the middle letter is larger than the other two.
3. Shipping cost will be combined and adjusted according to the ordered quantity.

✨ Returns/exchanges: We do accept returns and exchanges for non-customized items ONLY, you need to contact us within 3 days of delivery and return within 7 days of delivery in original condition/packaging.
Refund for masks minus the shop's original shipping cost incurred, will be issued once we receive it back in original condition/packaging.
Buyer responsible for all shipping costs.
Customized/personalized items with names/initials/titles etc. could not be returned or exchanged.
